“One of Piano Craft’s strongest features is the quality of preparation of pianos in their showroom. The regulation is meticulous, and the voicing brings out the piano’s strengths. Because of this, when trying out a piano, one has a good idea of what one is getting, rather than having to guess how it would sound when properly regulated and voiced. When shopping for a piano, I tried 19 Steinways at various Steinway dealers, and (even after Steinway technicians worked on them further in the showroom) none of them sounded anywhere near as good as the rebuilt Steinway that I bought from Piano Craft. More fundamentally, Piano Craft just knows how to make a piano sound very, very good, and adjust it to individual needs. The fact that the owners combine technical mastery in piano building with professional performing experience undoubtedly has a lot to do with this.”
