The Pianocraft Difference - Our Trade-in Policy

As a PianoCraft client, you may receive a trade in credit of 100% of the purchase price of your original PianoCraft piano toward a new piano that is at least double in price.  To receive this trade in credit, PianoCraft must maintain the piano being traded in and the trade in must be characteristic of a true upgrade (i.e. digital to acoustic, upright to grand, etc.).  When a rebuilt piano is involved in a trade in, the credit applied on behalf of the customer will reflect the total investment in the piano and rebuild work that was completed by PianoCraft.

• Trade in piano must be in condition similar to when originally bought and having been maintained by a PianoCraft approved technician and showing only normal wear and tear according to PianoCraft’s judgement.
• Trade in policy for acoustic pianos is valid for the first five years of ownership
• Trade in policy for digital pianos is valid for the first two years of ownership
