PianoCraft has decades of experience and expertise in crafting an entirely new belly for your piano, including a new soundboard, pinblock, bridge caps, strings and all new hardware such as agraffes, tuning pins and even new hitch pins. The materials used are the finest available and include white spruce, sitka spruce and even red Adirondack spruce along with maple and beech pinblocks, maple bridges, German wire, and custom bass strings made for each specific instrument.

Additionally, PianoCraft also has deep experience and expertise in restoring and repairing your existing soundboard with both traditional and cutting-edge techniques that can reintroduce crown as well as revitalize lost resilience. 

This unique versatility and skill set allows PianoCraft to match the ideal approach to the needs of the musical instrument to be restored and more importantly, the pianist who will be enjoying it for decades to come.

The new belly will also look stunning with a freshly reguilded plate, hand lettered with brand new hardware and with a brand new finish for the soundboard that not only looks amazing but also improves the sound and longevity of the instrument.
